Return Terms

You may return your product within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and tags.
Special orders or custom items may not be eligible for our return policy.

Refund Process

Please contact us by phone with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide a return address and possible return mailing label.
Please return the item with the original packaging materials.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item, such as the size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Exchange items must also be unused and with tags intact.

Refunds

Once the return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected and eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank’s policy, the time it takes for funds to arrive may vary.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If the item you received is damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

Return postage may be borne by the customer, please refer to your order details for specific circumstances.
We do not accept unannounced returns.
